I have some vents if your are too small?
try 70 pump jets
185 airs
175 mains
55 idle's and make sure they are not Ida idles,,,don't ask;)Dcoe's have a hole in the side
at least a .250 needle & seat(remove screen drill out/open,,, opening a bit)
got a wide band A/F gauge??? thats a must!!!
Hope this get u in the ball park? keep the fuel pressure low 3lbs.

What's your reg? I'm running a Automotive by-pass cranked down to 3lbs, I may try your setting ,I'm fighting a rich condition at cruise:Thanks,Madmike

I took the 3.00 Needle & seat and replaced it with a .250
float is at stock settings 8.5-15mm ,,,suggestions ???
havent ran the strip this year ,,yet
last season it did a 13.02 @104mph with 3 cracked cylinders:eek::drivingskid:

only 15 lbs.;)
I'll try those settings ,I have the brass floats,I have .70 pump jets in it too.

I ended up with 55 Idles yesterday (make sure their is holes in the side of them cuz they look like IDA idles)
F 11 & F 7 E- tubes (yes u can run two different ones.)
180 Mains
175 & 155 airs
runs purdy good for 1915:D and only 5 lbs of boost

I ordered a Turbosmart boost controller & a replacement diaphragm
for my other waste gate from Summit yesterday;) I was just on the 'spring ' in the gate
so no boost control just what it gave me.which wasn't enuff,,lol,
Ill let u know how this goes , Madmike

diaphragm was the wrong one,,, Think I'll be looking for a bad "Evolution Turbonetics waste gate to rebuild,LOL,,, I was getting 5lbs without the controller now closed it gets about 7 lbs, tuned it up and now the trans is out:eek: it kept popping out of 1st since i built it:(all back together,
going for a test drive today if it don't rain,,,

I took a friend for a spin, 5lbs, then 7 lbs.

he's got a 'PermaGrin"
broke the tires loose at the top of every gear,granny shifting to brake in the syncros;)

Fun stuff, Their is awesome Fathers day cruise(200+cars) up here Saturday evening.
state & local cops block the main roads;) about 25 mile cruise total.
Lawn chairs,long water/garden hoses to the streets,, (burnout boxes every few hundred yards:cool:) my line lock is workin and I'm ready! Test drive,
gonna fill up the fuel tank and see how far it takes me(no gauge) 7 gal buggy tank.bringing some fuel too;)

Cruise route was about 40 miles.
I'm getting 14 mpg. with the play factor:drivingskid: so I'm happy:)

My cruising a/f could be better, so I plumb heat to the intake,in the form of hot oil,,, low&behold a/r's dropped to 12.5-13ish:eek:
I did install one 45 idle jet too,, but I'm swapping it for the 50 again today to see if it was the heated intake or what;)
or put another 45 in it and lean it out a bit more?

Been awhile,, I upped the 1915 to a 2276cc now it's a 2180cc TW92's;)
also sold the Weber sidedrafts and now running a Holley Quick fuel 680 vac secondary , bug runs 11's @113 mph and gets 26-⛽28 mpg w/boost🐚
