Welkome back Art, Retirement is great:spin:
Hello Brian, long time no see, I mean talk? I've obviously been of the grid for quite a while now but got motivated to start working on finishing up the Mad Pineapple II gasser, started fitting the Ron Lummus roll cage the other night also very rough tacked the Berg 1 inch raised front trans mount to the pan horns. You can see in the photo the Dave Folts full race bus transmission. I'll also include pics of the Pineapple's NHRA 4 inch chopped top, the car also sports original EMPI flared fenders and front and rear hoods making the new car look identical to the original 1970"s pineapple, I'll get on the form to show the cars progress, finally.Re: Where is the "Mad Pineapple" ???
So will the new SS car be similar in just paint?
Or are you going for the retro look with old school headlights fenders etc?
Looking forward to seeing it
Brian
I found a few more images of the original Pineapple.
Would love to see more updat
