One peice fiberglass bodied drag Bugs were not very common. DESPERATION was one of the first I remember seeing race at Bug O Rama. Sorry I do not have a date for this picture, but check the Caddy ambulance in the background. How would you like to ride to the hospital in that boat.

This a new fiberglass body seen at So Cal Imports store show, during the Bug In 33 weekend. Anyone want to build a DESPERATION II drag Bug.
