Wondering if anyone is running MT ET Street 26x11.5x15 tires on 10" wide rims? If so, how much tire bulge over the side of the rim is there? Pics of what they look like would be awesome!

@LOWCASH...im running the MT drag radials 27x10.5 on a 10 inch rim..the 11.5 should fit perfect..i had to use a cheater to get them filled with air..im pretty sure they wont buldge the side walls..what was the recommended rim for your 11.5s

I have a set of 26x10.5 right now for my 8" rims but wanting a bit more tire. Don't know if I need any more tire as the car isn't finished. Just looking ahead and seeing what mods will need done to fit a wider wheel/tire combo if needed.

I don't know what HP you are planning on running, but you can over tire a VW real quick -- -- I've always found a VW leaves better with a little tire spin on a 8" tire than bogging with a bigger tire -- -- Smaller tires are also a lot easier on trans too!!!!

All the 'big' boys are running the 11.5 tires but they have clutch control systems and 1000+ HP

Ended up going with the 26x10.5x15 I already have on the 8" rims the car came with. Here's a pic of the tires getting mounted.
