Good question. "Why not just part out the cars?". Crushing cars caught for illegal street racing is a much better idea because it gets the point across a little more. I believe impounding them is only a slap on the hand. Now, I cant imagine being any of those people who have to watch their cars being crushed. We've all street raced before, except Brian , so we know how stupid it is. Maybe not back in the day where there were more less-busy roads but certainly not ok. Good thing I go to the track,.....mostly. :-[
