new m & h cracking already

Did you get them directly from M&H?

I heard the ones off other websites aren't real M&H, but they have the rights to produce them. They aren't stored the same as M&H.

My mt fronts have light cracking on them as well

i got them from summit. the crack is just above where the edge of the rim is.

regardless if m&h makes them directly or sources them out (same as allowing others to use their name for manufacturing their product) they should have some sort of responsibility.

ill probably just buy another one, i wont deal with the hassle of contacting them and trying to get another one out of them.

Dean I would deal with John Hashem the H in M&H (not sure about speeling) M&H here in Bakersfield 661-324-4773 I don't know what he can for you on the cracked one but has taken care of me and Mike and others very well. Just my two cents

Thx paul. John is a good guy. I had prob with some slicks years ago and made it right.

Yep. those I believe are made by Cooker and re-branded as M&H.

M&H has no control over how they are stored, IE outside.

Because they are wrinkle wall the sides will crack -- I've never had a failure on a drag slick -- and my Mustang and bikes would also have cracks outlining the areas of the wrinkles but would work fine

And I hate to say this -- If a drag slick is over a year old it is considered 'old' -- -- We've all had tires older than that, but just saying what was repeated to me by some pro guys.....
