hoping someone can help, as I’m new to nitrous. Is ‘nitrous gearing’ a thing? I’ve got a reasonably stout 2276 in my 1970 bus which I’m going to run with nitrous at the strip next year, fk10 cam, 9.5:1 cr, 42x37.5 heads & a 1” 5/8 header. It’s got a 091 box with a stock 1-3 & .77 4th for nice motorway cruising. I know a bus isn’t an ideal drag vehicle, I purely mess around for fun but is my gearing ideal for nitrous use or would it benefit from the stack being changed.
