Hello All,
I have a 1970 type 3 1600 cc with a holley two barrel scat setup.
The carb is rebuilt and accelerator pump is working normally.
Timing is correct, new points and condenser.
New plugs and wires.
I cannot get rid of an off idle stumble.
Any suggestions?

Do you have a heated manifold? SVDA dizzy? How is the carb jetted? Compression ratio? If you are running a 009 it is a common issue with that pairing from what I have read and experienced.

A stumble off idle is generally a too rich scenario.
