one inch under or over.. you can stick a 10 on but it will crown .. and effectivly be the width of the rim. been down this road.. had a 9 on 7"rim.. did that twice with same result.
your best is to make rim same width as tire.. it helps with tire shake if you ever encounter it.

That's what I though if I stick 10 inch it will crown. I was thinking to change the wheel. As it is aluma star wheels with chevy bolt pattern. I will need to order from state again.
The wheels is on T3 with 5 inc shorter axles. The back space is 4.5 in. And the gap between tire and valve cover is only 1 inch.
